I hereby wish to make a firm booking for attending the DomainvermarkterForum 2010 - Munich on September 2 and 3, 2010. The fees amount to Euro 299,00 incl. 19% VAT . ( The registration fee covers the conference documents, various coffee breaks with snacks, the evening event on Thursday (incl. dinner) and lunch on Friday.)

Terms and conditions of participation

1. Registration
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation per e-mail, including a request for payment .

2. Payment Terms
The prices for registration to the DomainvermarkterForum apply for one person until the respective deadline, which also applies for payment of the registration fee . The amount is payable per bank transfer immediately after registration .

Should the registration fee be paid after the deadline, the next higher price with the next deadline applies.

The organizer reserves the right to reject participants who fail to pay within 7 days after registration.
An invoice will be sent out after receipt of the registration fee . Since the services are rendered “on site”, foreign participants cannot be exempted from paying VAT .

Admission is only granted upon payment.

3. Contractual Obligations
We reserve the right to make changes in the scheduled event program and change the speakers . Should the event have to be cancelled, you will be notified without delay . Any registration fees already paid will be refunded without deduction, unless the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure . Any further claims shall be excluded .

4. Cancellation / Rebooking
Free cancellation is only possible until 30 days prior to the start of the event , in which case already paid registration fees will be refunded . After this deadline the entire registration fee is payable . Any cancellation must be sent in writing to Domainvermarkter Ltd. & Co. KG, Mr. Christoph Grüneberg, Dickmannstr. 47, D-42287 Wuppertal or per fax to 0202- 74795959.
Participation in the event is only possible by invitation. Any entitlement to participate may only be transferred with the approval of the organizer.

The organizer strictly reserves the right to reject individual registrations .
